Set Up Automatic Monitoring

In the Administration -> Workspace Settings section, you can schedule automatic updates for your brand queries.

Available frequencies:

  • No monitoring – Manual updates only
  • Daily – Refreshes every day
  • Weekly – Refreshes once a week
  • Monthly – Refreshes once a month
✅ Don’t forget to click Save after selecting your preferred frequency.
Please note that every time you monitor and refresh your data, the analysis will cost credits.

Select AI Models to Monitor

You can choose which AI models will run the analysis when monitoring:

Model Categories:

  • Core Models: ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok, etc. -> 1 credit per run
  • Premium Models: GPT-4, GPT-5, GPT-4o, Gemini, etc.
💡 Each model consumes credits – the cost is shown under each model.

Core Models available on Qwairy for 1 credit

For all Core Models, Qwairy collects responses via direct scraping of the model’s web interface. That means:
  • Qwairy simulates a real user sending a query through the model’s public-facing website.
  • It retrieves the raw response directly from the interface, not via API.
