-
Providing the official website
We always recommand to proofread your brand description to make sure all information are accurate.
- Selecting your preferred languages and target regions (e.g., English + United States)
On Qwairy, one brand = 1 country. If you want to follow a brand in multiple countries and languages you should simply add an other brand.

For example, if you’ve added Volkswagen, Qwairy may suggest:
- Toyota
- Ford
-
Honda
- Add or remove competitors manually
If one of your competitor is not in the list, don’t worry! Qwairy will still detect it if it appears in any of the answer that we generate.
4
Select Your Topics
Once you’ve entered your brand and website, Qwairy automatically suggests a list of relevant topics that represent themes associated with your brand. These aren’t just SEO-style keywords — they reflect semantic concepts that AI models associate with your brand.
🔎 What are Topics?
Topics represent the main areas where you want your brand to be known or discovered. They could relate to your products, industry, geography, or even values. For example, if your brand is Volkswagen, Qwairy might suggest:- Electric vehicles
- Sustainable mobility
-
Family SUVs
- Keep or remove suggested topics
- Add custom topics that are important to your brand strategy
- Use this step to define your strategic footprint within LLM ecosystems
🧠 These topics are the basis for all future analysis — so think about what you want your brand to own in AI conversations.
Please note that you can add a topic at any time on the Qwairy dashboard. We select some topics for the purpose of onboarding only here.
5
Generate and Select Prompts
Once your topics are selected, Qwairy generates a set of AI-style natural language prompts related to each topic. These are the kinds of questions that real users might ask ChatGPT or Perplexity — and the kind of prompts that determine whether your brand shows up.
🤖 Example queries (for “electric vehicles”):
- “What are the best electric car brands in the US?”
- “Is Volkswagen a good choice for an EV?”
-
“Who leads the market in sustainable transportation?”
- Review and customize the list of generated queries
- Add your own queries if you have specific questions you want to test
- Choose the most relevant ones for your market and objectives
⚖️ Why separating topics and queries matters
- Topics help you define your positioning in AI-generated search
- Queries help you measure your visibility on that positioning
- What do you want to be known for?
- Are you actually showing up when people ask about those things?
Again please not that you can add new queries at any time on the Qwairy dashboard 😉

Claude 3 Sonnet | Anthropic | 2 credits per query | ❌ |
Gemini 2.0 Flash | 3 credits per query | ✅ | |

AI Overview | AI Overview | 2 credits per query | ✅ |

- No Monitoring – You trigger analysis manually
- Daily, Weekly, or Monthly – Auto-refresh at regular intervals
- Combine with Auto-generate Responses for faster insights
You can see your next analysis date and credit usage forecast in the Analysis Schedule section.
Pro tip: We recommend to setup weekly monitoring.
⚙️ Auto-generate Responses
Toggle this on to let Qwairy immediately generate responses when new prompts are added, instead of waiting for the next scheduled monitoring. This is useful for:- Quickly validating your setup
- Saving time during onboarding
💳 Important: Monitoring Uses Credits
⚠️ Every time Qwairy sends your queries to a model — whether manually or via automatic monitoring — credits are consumed. For example if you select:
- 10 queries
- 3 models: GPT-4o Mini (3 credits per refresh), Claude 3 Sonnet (2 credits), and Sonar (1 credit)
10 queries × (3 + 2 + 1) credits = 10 × 6 = 60 credits
- If monitoring is scheduled weekly, this cost repeats every week
